Audrey Guth
Audrey Guth is the President and Founder of Diamond Global Group of Companies. She is originally from the United States and has been in Canada since 1985. In her quest to find the perfect nanny for her family, she found a huge gap in the credibility of the nanny placement industry. Out of necessity, she created a company that provides superb customer service by establishing long-term relationships with clients. Mrs. Guth has a B.Sc. in Nutrition and a Masters Degree in Medical Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Her most important accomplishments to date have been her four children. Billy is living and working in Las Vegas for the Light Group Corporation, Shauna recently completed her Masters Degree and is now a Manager at Diamond, Benjamin attended Dalhousie University in Halifax and joined Diamond Global as a Business Development Executive and Jesse is a student at Metropolitan Preparatory Academy in Toronto. Susan Zwaal
As Vice President to the “Diamond Global Recruitment Group†Susan brings years of experience having specialized in building People Resources particularity in the areas of Human Resources, Business Management and Strategic Planning. Dedicated to excellence, Mrs.Zwaal has created proactive visions through her leadership, and has proven her ability to pass her confidence on by motivating fellow employees to reach their fullest potential. Susan believes "Trust and Compassion towards individuals is not only significant in business but also in the personal lives of others". As Mrs. Zwaal states “I aspire to provide a bridge between individuals abroad and Canadian opportunities because helping others is such an important part of the life we all live". Benjamin Guth
Benjamin Guth is a great addition to the Diamond Global Team. He joined Diamond after completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a Major in Marketing and Sales Management from Dalhousie University. His passion for the Sales and Recruitment Industry was instilled in him by his mother and founder of the Diamond Group of Companies, Audrey Guth. His extensive work experience in the financial and retail industries is beneficial for his current role as a Business Development Executive. He is dedicated in sourcing clients who are in need of foreign workers that can strengthen their front lines during such a tremendous labour shortage. In addition, he is actively involved in his community by feeding the homeless individuals every Thursday night with the Out of the Cold volunteer group. Benjamin’s drive, interpersonal skills and natural charisma make him an exceptional asset to Diamond Global.

Evangeline Ancheta
Our highly skilled Immigration Consultant, Evangeline Ancheta, is a member in good standing of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC), the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), and the Canadian Migration Institute (CMI). Back home in the Philippines, Vangie achieved a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Law. She put her education to work, practicing law in the Philippines as a barrister and solicitor for more than seven years. Evangeline then moved to Ontario where she got her Paralegal with Honors degree from Yorkville College. She has been working as an immigration consultant in Toronto since May 2004. Vangie is happily married to her husband and enjoys watching movies. We are extremely excited to have Vangie as a part of our Diamond Team and know that she has a lot of knowledge and acquired skills in the industry to share with us. Natalie Francis
Our Office Administrator Natalie Francis was born in Canada, of Jamaican descent. She pursued her studies in Medical Assistance and Office Administration through the National Academy of Health and Business. Natalie's multitasking and communicational skills make her a definite asset to the Diamond team. Her strong and determined personality drive her to continue to enhance her knowledge and skills.
